- What's a credit?
- One credit is one 5-second generated clip. A standard 15-second reel is 3 credits; each extra variant is another 3. Changing text, music, trims or aspect ratio is free.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- Plan credits renew each billing period and don't roll over. Top-up credits last 12 months, and plan credits are always used first.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately with the extra credits added right away; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period.
- What happens if a video fails?
- Credits are held when a video starts and only charged for clips that succeed. Failed clips are refunded to your balance automatically.
